Refund Policy

At Khuthala Bricks, customer satisfaction and trust are important to us. We strive to ensure that every order is delivered accurately and in excellent condition. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns and refund requests under the following conditions:

  • The bricks or materials delivered were damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • A return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The returned goods are unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition.

We do not accept returns due to:

  • Buyer’s change of mind.

  • Incorrect quantities ordered after confirmation.

  • Normal wear and tear or natural variations in color and texture.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at khuthalabricks@gmail.com with:

    • Your name and contact details

    • Your order number or invoice

    • Reason for the return

    • Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)

  2. Our team will assess the request and respond within 48 hours.

  3. If approved, you must return the goods at your cost, unless it was an error or defect caused by us.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are only processed once returned goods have been received and inspected.

  • Approved refunds will be made via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) to the original account.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days of approval.

  • If a portion of the order was used or damaged by the customer, a partial refund may apply.

4. Exchanges

If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we will gladly exchange it for the correct one at no additional cost, provided:

  • The issue is reported within 3 days of delivery.

  • There is available stock of the replacement product.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-made or special order items.

  • Products that have been laid, installed, or altered after delivery.

  • Delivery charges (unless due to our error).

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

  • Cancellations after 24 hours may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, depending on production status.
