Khuthala Bricks (Pty) Ltd is a registered business in the Republic of South Africa, operating from Middelburg, Mpumalanga. We specialize in the manufacture and delivery of cement bricks and pavers.

3. Product Availability & Pricing

  • All product listings and prices are subject to change without notice.

  • While we strive for accuracy, typographical errors or outdated information may occasionally occur.

  • Orders are subject to stock availability and confirmation by our sales team.

  • Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

4. Orders & Payment

4.1 Cash Orders

  • Orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payment methods accepted: EFT, bank deposit, or other methods as agreed.

4.2 Credit Accounts

  • Credit facilities are offered to qualifying contractors based on an approved application and credit agreement.

  • All credit agreements are subject to vetting, signed terms, and adherence to our payment terms.

  • Failure to pay within agreed timelines will result in interest charges and possible legal action.

5. Delivery Terms

  • Free delivery is provided within a 50km radius of Middelburg, Mpumalanga.

  • Delivery timelines will be confirmed based on stock availability and agreed upon when the order is placed.

  • Khuthala Bricks is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, road closures).

  • Risk and ownership of products transfer upon delivery to the specified site.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted if the goods are defective or damaged upon delivery.

  • Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Approved refunds or exchanges will be handled within 7 working days.

7. Limitation of Liability

Khuthala Bricks will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • The use or misuse of our products.

  • Errors or omissions on the website.

  • Delays or failures in delivery beyond our reasonable control.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (text, graphics, logos, designs, images) is the property of Khuthala Bricks and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.

9. POPIA Compliance & Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
