Shipping Policy

At Khuthala Bricks, we are committed to ensuring reliable, timely, and affordable delivery of your brick orders within our designated delivery areas. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when you can expect to receive your bricks after placing an order with us.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within a 50km radius of Middelburg, Mpumalanga, including but not limited to:

  • Mhluzi

  • Hendrina

  • Rockdale

  • Nazareth

  • Pullenshope

  • Surrounding areas

  • Witbank 

  • Middelburg

If you're outside our standard delivery zone, please contact us directly to discuss possible arrangements.

2. Delivery Fees

  • Free Delivery is available on all orders within the 50km radius.

  • Orders outside the 50km zone may be subject to a custom delivery fee, based on distance and accessibility. This will be communicated prior to finalizing the order.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard orders are typically delivered within 2–4 business days from the confirmation of payment (or deposit, in the case of credit agreements).

  • Delivery timeframes may vary depending on:

    • Product availability

    • Order size

    • Weather conditions

    • Site access and offloading arrangements

4. Order Confirmation

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive:

  • An order summary

  • An estimated delivery date

  • A contact number for the assigned delivery coordinator

5. Delivery Process

  • Deliveries are made using flatbed trucks or crane trucks depending on order size and access.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to:

    • Ensure accessibility for delivery vehicles

    • Confirm that a responsible person is present on-site to receive and inspect the goods

6. Offloading

  • Offloading is included where access permits.

  • The customer must indicate any site restrictions (e.g., no crane access, uneven terrain, offloading location) at the time of placing the order.

7. Delays

Khuthala Bricks is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Severe weather

  • Unforeseen road closures

  • Site access restrictions

  • Incomplete payment or documentation

We will communicate proactively regarding any changes in the delivery schedule.

8. Product Inspection & Acceptance

Upon delivery, customers must:

  • Inspect the bricks for damage or defects

  • Raise any concerns immediately with the driver or delivery coordinator

Any claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
