Khuthala Bricks does not provide delivery services internally. We work with trusted third-party logistics and freight partners to facilitate deliveries on behalf of our clients.

3. How are Khuthala Bricks products manufactured and quality-controlled?
All Khuthala Bricks products are manufactured in accordance with strict internal quality control procedures.

4. Are your bricks air-dried or kiln-dried?
All Khuthala Bricks products are naturally air-dried at our manufacturing facility.
As a result, adverse weather conditions, particularly prolonged periods of rainfall or high humidity, may affect drying times and temporarily reduce production output.
While every effort is made to meet agreed timelines, such conditions may result in unavoidable delays.
5. What are your lead times on orders?
Standard delivery generally takes 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Lead times depend on Product type, Order quantity, Current production load and Weather conditions.
Estimated lead times are provided at the time of quotation and should be regarded as indicative, not guaranteed.
6. Do you offer bulk or project pricing?
Yes. Bulk orders and project-based supply may qualify for custom pricing, subject to volume, production scheduling, and payment terms.

7. What payment methods do you accept?
Khuthala Bricks operates as a cash-free facility. We accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), Bank deposit and Point-of-Sale (Card Payment) at our factory/facility. No cash is accepted, processed, or stored on site.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment is required prior to dispatch or collection.
8. Do you offer credit facilities?
Credit facilities may be considered for approved contractors or long-standing clients, subject to: Completion of a credit application, Credit approval process and Signed credit agreement.
Khuthala Bricks reserves the right to withdraw or amend credit terms at any time.
9. Can I collect my order directly from your facility?
Yes. Clients may arrange collection using their own transport, subject to: Prior confirmation that the order is ready and Compliance with loading schedules and safety requirements.
Collection times must be pre-arranged.
10. Are colour, size, or finish variations possible?
Yes. As cement-based products are manufactured using natural materials and cured under ambient conditions:
